Callum Carmichael and Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed as Joint Administrators of Mara Seaweed Limited on 22 June 2023. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability. It is now the intention of the Joint Administrators to wind down the affairs of the Company to realise the remaining stock and assets.
