Mara Seaweed at Kingussie's Food on Film Festival

Films in Fife and Dulse on lamb

Over the weekend we were at the Kingussie Food on Film Festival. A great time was had by all, and everyone found the event to be very entertaining.

The highlight of the weekend for us was Fife Food Ambassador and chef Christopher Trotter using our Dulse to make a delicious lamb dish, and our Shony in the accompanying potatoes.
